I have a passion for helping others navigate life's stressor's, big and small, and I like to work collaboratively with my clients to come up with treatment goals that are best for them as a unique individual!

I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help my clients identify the root causes of their symptoms. From there, I work with my clients to help them learn how to turn their thought process around to reduce undesirable symptoms. It is my main goal to create a safe space for my clients to feel seen and heard before working towards their goals.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples ages 18 + who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and communication issues, pregnancy/postpartum issues, college stress, military life challenges and dynamics, and healthcare worker burnout among others.
