Sometimes we feel stuck. We may struggle with feelings or behaviors that make us feel isolated, distressed, confused, or lost. Trying to discern who we are; coping w/anxiety, self-criticism, loneliness, shame, depression or grief; healing from trauma; or wanting our relationships w/ourselves or others to improve - please know there ARE genuine ways to heal. We need to be seen and heard: to be validated, understood and reassured; to feel safe for change to happen.
