I have been working as a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past 30 years in many settings (day treatment, foster care, homeless shelters, & residential treatment centers). I have worked with children, adolescents, their families, & individual adults. I guide clients in relieving symptoms of mood disturbances, grief and loss issues, and stress. I help clients clarify their wants and needs through insight and a holistic, supportive approach. Goals are the acquisition of coping skills, mild confrontation to encourage personal responsibility, and decision-making to increase personal fulfillment.
