Stacey brings 12+ years experience and has advanced training in AEDP, a healing-oriented, mind-body approach that is relational, emotion-focused and experiential. AEDP has shown to be effective with depression, general psychological distress, interpersonal issues, negative thoughts and emotion dysregulation, as well as with enhancing self-compassion, self-esteem and well-being. Stacey’s practice is most influenced by AEDP and a trauma-healing model called CSRT. Both may be used to treat attachment/relational trauma and related issues that stem from one’s earlier years.
