Be Herd Wellness Groups
These no-cost groups are similar to peer-facilitated support groups. We gather amongst the herd of therapy horses to find community, share struggles, successes, and seek help from peers. Join us for one group, every group, or every once in a while! The first Wednesday of the month is in partnership with DBSA of Colorado Springs and is open to people living with mood disorders, ages 15+. The second Wednesday of the month in is partnership with NAMI Colorado Springs and is open to people living with, or family/friends of those struggling with a mental illness, ages 18+.
