We at Sprouting Roots Counseling serve a wide variety of clients, from pre-teen age up through adults. We specialize in a holistic, trauma informed approach utilizing mainly EMDR therapy among other modalities. All of our therapists come from a holistic and trauma informed perspective. Therapists specialize in EMDR, DBT, Psychodynamic and more. We incorporate mindfulness in all forms of therapy we do. We believe in meeting the client where they are at, and helping to forge a plan forward together.

EMDR Consultation Group-( ZOOM)
EMDR Consultation for those who need consultation hours. Day and Time TBD- 1:1 consultation available as well. Open to individuals who have completed EMDRIA basic training and want to deepen their EMDR knowledge and gain ongoing support. Call/ text Sadie- CIT and EMDRIA Certified Therapist at: 332-203-8045 - $125 per individual session/ $45 per group or pre-pay for all sessions at a discounted rate. (The group is held over Zoom)

This Book is a collection of raw, honest conversations with oneself- reminding readers to fill up on love, acceptance, community, family, and embrace change. Meets Every Wed at 4 pm EST 3pm Central meeting over zoom $15 for outside of practice clients per group, free to current ongoing clients.
