I work with adults (18+) in individual or couple sessions. For couple's I focus on inter-faith, interracial & pre-marital. I offer a variety of modalities and lenses, but find it most useful to talk about what your needs are first before trying to fit a modality that doesn't make sense for you. Therapy isn't a one size fits all, you deserve specialization.
