While I am trained in REBT and CBT, as an integrative psychotherapist, I don’t utilize one approach over another, but rather draw from different aspects of theory and life for a holistic approach. My work focuses on helping individuals cope with Trauma, ADHD, and Anxiety. and range in age between 14-60.
The therapist-client relationship is one of the greatest sources of positive change in therapy and comes from connection—as a therapist, I strive to create a connection with my clients so that they can know that they are being heard and seen.
