I work with those going through a life transition, whether it be a relationship change, entering into a new phase of life, coming out as LGBTQ, or something else entirely. I have a special focus and experience working with people who are highly identified with their own creativity, including writers, visual artists, musicians, and dancers. The goal is to develop understanding into the ways you have configured your identity in the past and present, and re-integrate these things into the future you want to create.
I have a flexible, easy-going style that makes me easy to talk to. I also know how to take moments of confusion and uncertainty, and work with them to create pragmatic action and clear direction. I will recognize your strengths and make them work for you. In the session, the focus is going to be your experience, and its emotional content and meaning.
