Hi, I’m glad you’re here. My name is Sierra Christy and I’m a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist. I’ve been working with children and teens since 2016, and supporting them to become emotionally healthy individuals is my passion. Many kids who are in therapy with me struggle with self-regulation, expressing their emotions, and understanding boundaries and rules. I use CBT and Narrative Therapy paired with Art Therapy to help them understand their feelings, express themselves in an appropriate way, and feel more confident in themselves.
I work with children and teens of various backgrounds, but most often work with ones who are neurodiverse, struggling with anxiety, and/or struggling with expressing themselves and their feelings.
