Hello :) Whether you are looking for someone just to talk to or you're needing support in relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, faith, college, or just the ups and downs of life, I would be honored and HAPPY to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and creative environment. Maybe school has become a stressor, your family is crumbling, and you feel like you are struggling to take care of yourself... I know that sometimes even a pound of sugar couldn't change the bitterness of life and it may feel lonely. Helping young ladies (ages 13-30) through this by creating a space that enhances positive emotions is what I love to do. <3
My experience ranges from inpatient to outpatient with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, and attachment issues.. My preferred population is with females age 13-30. Trauma Informed Care, Gestalt therapy, and Treating Sexual Trauma are some of the trainings I may integrate in sessions. In addition, I am in training for EMDR and Sand Tray.
In my office, clients get the opportunity to select coping mechanisms for each of the 5 senses. Whether you choose to color with gel pens or test out all of the different fidget toys, the option is yours to try something new or old. This allows for comfort, creativity, control and something to look forward to! I feel blessed to help Make Sense.
