6-Week Grief Tending Circle (Weds) - Starts May 8
For details, please visit: www.northwestgrieftending.com. In this 6-week series, we welcome all forms of grief including from losses, change and transitions, wounding from our past, sorrows for our world (planetary, societal, racial, cultural), loss of village and belonging, ancestral grief, and more. We will co-create space for an experiential group to explore different ways of connecting with, honoring, and metabolizing grief. Each week, we will integrate a new therapeutic element, such as working with nature, beauty, and creative expressions, sacred witness, embodied movement and vocal expression, somatic release of anger, and connecting to helping spirits.

We welcome all forms of grief including from losses, change and transitions, pain and wounding from our past, sorrows for our world (planetary, societal, racial, cultural), loss of village and belonging, ancestral grief, and more. Our in-person weekend and all-day grief retreats are based in the Pacific Northwest. We gather together to support each other in community as we honor our grief and gratitude. Our retreats typically include talking circles, singing, poetry, movement, practice in sacred listening, ceremony, sharing food, and some quiet time in nature.
