Welcome to my profile. I have been a LPC since 2003 and became an EMDR Certified Therapist in 2015. I began my Somatic Experiencing (SE) Therapy training in January of 2020 and have enjoyed integrating SE in my practice. SE is a naturalistic form of healing that will help you to learn how to settle and release physiological activation from your body. Very often this process helps people to reduce stress and return to a sense of of regulation and mastery in their lives. I primarily work with people who have been impacted by trauma (e.g. childhood experiences, medical procedures, accidents, assaults, natural disasters, systematic bias/injustice).
