For the past twenty years, I have actively treated patients through a variety of therapeutic modalities including: psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, patient-centered, as well as eclectic therapy tailoring the therapy to the patient's specific needs while also encouraging the patient to be an active participant in it.
My fluency in Spanish and strong conversational skills in Hebrew enable me to reach patients cross-culturally. I specialize in adults who are coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, illness, abuse, eating disorders, relationship issues, family and couples' conflict, gender, and sexual identity.
I am passionate about bringing my patients to their highest level of mind and body wellness. I continue to incorporate my skills currently as a Zumba Instructor and group facilitator into my practice.
