I help moms thrive without fear, anxiety and overwhelm. My clients struggle as you do. Despite being strong, capable and amazing, life is hard. Even harder really since becoming a mom. When you first come in, you’re struggling to know yourself, inundated with overwhelm, fear, worry and a heavy load. Everyone’s load may look different, but it’s heavy. With EMDR, moms can begin to feel less overwhelmed, less triggered, less anxious and there’s room for more joy!
I have completed training in EMDR through Institute for Creative Mindfulness and I have completed the Certification process through EMDRIA (www.emdria.org). I have trained under Dr. Mara Stein with The Touchstone Institute about all things perinatal mental health (www.touchstoneinstitue.org). I offer individual therapy.
My hours are as follows: Monday through Friday 1-5pm.
