I am an Indigenous (Laguna Pueblo) and Filipina therapist working with clients with histories of trauma, grief and loss, and establishing and growing healthy relationships. When you work with me, I allow you to set the tone of our therapy journey. Together, we explore what is the concern bringing you in and how you’d like it to be different in the future. Once we know where we’ve come from and where we are going, we can explore how we get there.
I am professionally trained in EMDR therapy, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, Gestalt, mindfulness, and coping skills training. I welcome creativity and practice into our sessions, and we may work together to try new skills before you use them in your daily life. I work from three core tenets: self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-confidence.
I acknowledge that therapy may seem like the most intimidating step in the process. I believe that through sharing a safe, supportive space together, you will cultivate courage, invite enthusiasm, and reach your highest imaginable peaks in life. I look forward to our life-changing work together.

Adult BIPOC Grief Support Group
Experiencing the death of a loved one is one of the most difficult scenarios we face in life. As BIPOC folks, our individual death loss grief intertwines with the grief we hold when witnessing the systemic violence that leads to death loss of our community members and cultures at large. This group is an opportunity for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to share community with each other and hold a unique healing space for both our individual and communal stories. *Group is slated to be virtual, with in person meeting opportunities depending on interest*
