Clients come to my practice to find alternatives to patterns and behaviors that are no longer working, to heal from traumas, explore identity, navigate transitions, and get unstuck. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who want real change, more support, effective boundaries, and honest connection in their lives using a social justice counseling framework that is client-defined, trauma-informed and strengths-based.
I value a therapeutic relationship that is solid, ethical, and rests on a foundation of understanding, acceptance, and inclusivity. As a somatic psychotherapist, I address real-time mind and body states to facilitate effective, lasting change.
