I am an LPC in the state of Texas with a MA in Counseling from Prairie View A & M and a BS in Psychology from Texas Christian University. Additionally, I have an educational background working in school settings for the past 14 years. I specialize in CBT with Mindfulness-based techniques to nurture self-care and find balance in my client's lives.
