As of June 2024, my practice has a waitlist for new clients. Life is sometimes stressful, confusing, and painful, presenting us with unique challenges to overcome. I help clients with clinical and practical interventions to work on goals such as regaining confidence, getting unstuck, improving daily functioning, stopping drinking, and improving relationships. According to Jon Kabat -Zinn, a mindfulness-based stress expert, "You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf." I believe in embracing and practicing acceptance of pain, which can lead to a decrease in human suffering.
I provide therapy for individuals struggling with ADHD, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance and behavioral addictions. I received my Master's degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 2007. I have over 17 years experience working with diverse populations.
I am trained and available to support you in working through what is going on in your life. I will listen, be authentic, and be present for you. I offer teletherapy to meet your needs in an easily accessible format.
