I empower my clients to identify goals that are attainable, and offer the support they seek to help them achieve these goals.
I am skilled in cognitive-behavioral and solutions-focused therapy models, and I focus on my clients' strengths to help provide a different perspective. In addition to my clinical practice, I teach mindfulness workshops to help my clients recognize the benefits of "slowing down" in the present moment so that they might better relate to conflict.
