I am a psychologist with 20 years of experience working with adults with a wide range of mental health concerns such as: anxiety, depression, career difficulties/transitions, perfectionism, experience eating &/or body image concerns, Asian-American and immigrant mental health concerns, racial trauma work, and work-life imbalance struggles.
Using a collaborative, curious & compassion style, I utilize a person-centered, trauma informed, & culturally responsive lens while integrating CBT therapy, ACT therapy, strength based & mindfulness interventions.
