I am seeking clients who may be new to therapy done virtually, but want to give it a try. I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step to starting therapy. I am here to take the stigma away and help you to feel comfortable, safe and secure as you navigate through your life struggles through talk therapy. Telehealth provides the option for you to be in the safety and comfort of your own private space. No time wasted for traveling and scheduling is easy. I offer a holistic approach with foundations in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR and mindfulness practices.
I enjoy working with adults with a wide range of problems such as stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness/pain, family dysfunctions, low self-esteem, life transitions, racial identity, poor social and coping skills, issues related to acculturation and assimilation, blending of cultures, and past trauma.
Telehealth takes the awkwardness of in-person therapy away and it has been very effective for the majority of my clients. I offer flexible scheduling and can work around your schedule.
