I counsel women and adolescent girls with issues to include, depression, post-partum depression, anxiety, relationship issues, coping skills, self-esteem, communication issues, grief, parenting, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation and situational stress. It can be incredibly difficult to seek help. I understand and want to provide a safe place for women and girls to feel comfortable sharing their struggles.
Whether you are struggling with your new role in life, having difficulty in relationships, or having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, I want to help. I have a great desire to assist clients in working through challenges in a judgement free environment. We all have stories that are unique to us. I want to hear your story and support you in your journey.
I believe I was called to help facilitate growth in the lives of the women and young girls who seek my counsel. I bring my authentic self into therapy, in hopes clients will do the same. I work with clients to find meaning in their lives that will help provide clarity and consistency for their present and future selves.
