The process of learning ourselves & diving into the depth of our pain is not a path that we must take alone. In our practice it is our privilege to travel alongside you to support your growth, understanding, and acceptance during this part of your journey. to achieve your therapeutic goals. We offer EMDR Intensive Therapy sessions. It can be difficult to resolve a feeling issue with a thinking solution, so we utilize healing modalities that allow us to get to the core of the issues you are facing. We offer a holistic approach Integrating mindfulness meditation, yoga, and art therapy into our work. Utilizing body-based therapies including EMDR & Brainspotting with individuals & groups who are struggling with adverse childhood experiences, sexual assault, anxiety, pre/postnatal & relationship challenges, racial identity & oppression related trauma.
Our practice currently has openings for EMDR & Brainspotting Intensives. Intensive sessions can be used on their own or in addition to individual therapy. EMDR Intensives will allow you to work through issues in hours or days that would typically take months or even years with traditional talk therapy. The work is intense, but it is healing.

The Breathing Space is a place for BIPOC women as we manage internal and external stressors including work, school, anxiety, relationships, increased visibility of racial violence and discrimination, impacts of covid-19, parenting, self- esteem, life transitions, and whole-body well-being. A space to engage that is safe, trusting, honest, empowering, and open. embodied healing connections with others who want to do the same. A space to exhale.
