Therapy can allow individuals to heal, evolve and increase positive emotional states of self-worth. Given the opportunity to actively help young adults and families towards reducing barriers and communication errors, the therapeutic process can be very rewarding. As a therapist, offering therapeutic strategies and tasks can help support an individual's day to day. My demeanor is warm and welcoming while working collaboratively with my clients in order to help them to define their personal goals.

My approach assimilates psychoeducational, cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapy techniques. I graduated with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College in Buffalo, earning practical experience in an agency setting.

Counseling children, adults and their families has provided a better understanding of how to aide each individual depending on their therapeutic needs.
