Living with chronic illness, cancer, multiple sclerosis, or dementia is unchartered territory which leads to stress and overwhelm and sometimes, depression and anxiety. I am here to help you navigate your way through to find a place of resilience.
My passion is to help people work through issues practical and goal oriented ways. I provide telehealth sessions for individuals in Oklahoma and Illinois.
My experience working in nursing homes, hospice, and Northwestern University's Alzheimer's Disease Research Center provides me with a unique knowledge of what individuals and families experience as a part of the aging process. I am able to provide expert counseling, support and guidance for these unique issues.
