Sometimes we need a little help for a short amount of time, and sometimes we need a huge assist for an indefinite amount of time. We can then begin to gain the confidence and stability to live life, not simply survive this world. I pull from many therapeutic modalities to meet people where they are in their therapeutic journey.
I offer a strengths based, solution focused approach. I believe each of us is a valuable human being. My passion is to be used as a light to others in which they can find the confidence to walk through trials. It is my joy to rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep. I offer in person for child and play therapy.
I also have a heart for grief work. Too often we are expected to "move on" from a loss without healing. I would be honored to be a part of your story of hope. When we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, we find that character produces that hope we thought we had lost.
