Relationship problems, depression, and anxiety are extremely painful and can threaten to overwhelm us. Work stressors can leave us feeling empty and without meaning or direction. I've been a practicing Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist since 2012 and during that time I've worked with individuals, couples, and family's.
