I love to help people more deeply understand how they function, and how to harness their strengths to heal and find their own best path forward in life. I’m a passionate advocate for wellness whether mental, emotional, or physical, and I have a deep personal understanding of how different roadblocks can frustrate our efforts to achieve it.
I believe it is important to work as a team to put together the pieces of treatment that will move a person forward. I use a combination of therapies that target cognitive, emotional, and somatic processing to help a person work through the things that keep them stuck.
I have a great love for the active process of developing a deep understanding of the inner lives of other people, and helping them to find self compassion and a sense of love and belonging within themselves.
