After studying and practicing various techniques and modalities over the fifteen years I've worked in social work and therapy settings, I found a true passion for utilizing Internal Family Systems. This theory creates healing for couples, individuals, and younger clients who are struggling with a variety of issues.
Choosing someone to talk to about your innermost struggles and fears is not an easy task. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for people to tell their stories and to rebuild themselves and their relationships.
