My ideal client comes to me with a desire to live differently, keeping what works, and breaking the habits that are not helpful. Sometimes we feel stuck because we do not have the tools required to do things differently, YET. By the time my client leaves therapy, my greatest hope is that they will have acquired skills to help navigate challenges better. It is a great thing when a client comes to me with curiosity about new ways to see things, and is willing to try something NEW:) I believe wholeheartedly that life can be peaceful EVEN WHEN things seem to be going in a direction that we didn’t expect.
I am able to connect with people easily, and show up to my sessions as a regular human being that has also experienced life’s challenges. The good news is, I have learned how to help transform struggles into strengths. I feel honored to be a part of a client’s new understanding and to give them tools they can retain for life.
