I use a variety of evidence-based treatments (aka tools proven to work on multiple people repeatedly) tailored to each client and couple. My goal is to work myself out of a job. So we will set goals and constantly check-in to adjust what therapy tools and techniques are needed for you specifically. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, and DBT to name a few.
