I use Collaborative Language Systems Therapy. I believe that you are the expert of your life and experiences, no one in the world knows you better than you do. As such I custom tailor my approach to therapy with each unique client I work with. With the goal of helping them reach a better understanding of themselves and their needs.

I have had the privilege of working with gay, lesbian, pan, ace, heterosexual, poly, monogamous, trans, nonbinary, cis, and gender queer individuals, couples, and families. Addressing such issues as flourishing in Gender Transition, Self-Defining Masculinity, Communicating as a couple/family, Self Harm, Suicidal Ideation, OCD, Anxiety, and Depression.
