Welcome! My name is Shambria Stoll, my goal is to create a safe space for my clients to thrive and embrace their healing journey. I work with teens and young adults providing a safe, affirming, non-judgmental space for healing and support. I specialize working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma that may manifest as people-pleasing tendencies, perfectionism, or poor boundaries.
My approach as a humanistic and mindful therapist is to create an environment where you feel empowered to tackle life challenges. By using mind-body integrative practices, I will help you learn to connect to your body in deeper & healthier way, enhancing your therapeutic experience. I am certified in Brainspotting and trained in EMDR.
