Welcome! I’m glad you stopped by. My name is Shabby Casey and I’m here to provide support wherever you are in your life. You have the inner wisdom to find the path that best serves you. Sometimes you just need someone to ask the right questions to help you connect to your own intuition. My style is very laid back and warm, engaging and supportive. I offer you fresh eyes and a new perspective to help you see your blind spots and move forward from whatever is holding you back. I also support plant medicine as an alternative healing tool.
I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis. I use modalities based on your needs. I primarily use Psychodynamic Therapy and CBT tools as my framework. I also offer mindfulness and meditation, as well as Ketamine Assisted Therapy when indicated. I also believe in the power of laughter.
Therapy is a place where we can be ourselves and reflect without judgement. Therefore, the relationship between you and your therapist should feel comfortable and safe, the way it would feel with a good friend. I actively listen to my clients and offer my thoughts, feedback, and observations. I also offer outdoor therapy while walking or hiking.
