Hi, I'm Seema. I help clients of all ages learn to set boundaries, voice what they want and need, and work on self-esteem issues. My clients come to me for many issues, ranging from depression, anxiety, relationships, chronic dating, family issues, dissociative disorders, to painful childhoods. I strive to create an alliance where we work together so you can freely explore anything that's on your mind and transform into your ideal future self.

As a holistic trauma therapist, I help clients live the life they want through a deep exploration of their past and present patterns, relationships, & coping skills, using diverse healing modalities, but, in the end, simply being heard by a compassionate, neutral, empathic, non-judgemental witness can be a powerful start in your healing journey.
