I am passionate and trained in trauma and EMDR. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy treatment that targets your negative emotions and goes after the places in your life where you feel "stuck" and helps you heal from years of former trauma. It's a simple technique that rewires your brain to think differently. I am trained in couples counseling and sex therapy.
