Many people believe they will never feel better because of the cycle they find themselves in. I specialize in trauma psychotherapy as well as couples therapy. Through my years of therapeutic experience, I have helped many couples and individuals navigate their trauma histories.
I am certified in EMDR, a heavily researched approach for trauma that targets the trauma memories within the human brain. Beyond this, I am a therapist that focuses on individualizing treatment to ensure you are able to return to what matters most: you and/or your loved ones.
