Are you dealing with the long term effects of a trauma in your day to day life? Are you feeling unfulfilled your relationship, job or life in general? I find myself drawn to helping clients heal from trauma, anxiety related struggles and relationship or attachment issues. I take a more holistic and direct approach in helping you with the problems you are facing because if you knew how to fix it yourself, you probably wouldn't be here right now.

I'm not here to fix you, because you are not broken. I will walk beside you in the darkness until you remember your own light. During our time together, you will experience warmth and understanding, along with my underlying sense of humor and authenticity. Therapy doesn't feel stuffy and clinical when you have a therapist that you connect with.

In our work together, I use different techniques to best fit your individual needs. I specialize in using a combination talk therapy, hypnotherapy and rapid eye movement therapy to help processing through your struggles. I don't believe a "one size or theory fits all" approach.
