As an LGBTQ+ therapist with a commitment to antiracism, I am dedicated to creating a shared space that fosters courage, healing, and authenticity. Building trust in ourselves and others is at the heart of this work. With an open mind, I am prepared to work together to identify your personal goals and co-create a plan. There is no perfect time to begin, and I welcome you to come as you are.
As a psychotherapist, I specialize in creating a healing space for the LGBTQIA2S+ community, allies, and families. I also work with folks in polyamorous relationships as they navigate relationship dynamics. I am experienced in supporting people living with HIV and other chronic illnesses. I welcome a focus on social justice, community, and allyship.
I offer tailored approach to suit the needs of each person. I integrate aspects of EMDR, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, creative expression, relational techniques, and trauma-informed care within the healing journey. You are on a unique path.
