I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified EMDR therapist that enjoys working with adults. I have experience working with diverse adult populations experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, relational difficulties, and family of origin issues. I specialize in trauma and particularly enjoy working with individuals whose past experiences are impacting their ability to connect with others, navigate life transitions, or regulate emotions. Additionally, I have received advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health through PSI and enjoy working with this population.
