I use an integrative and relational approach to counseling, which allows me to tailor therapy to your specific needs. My practice includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Brainspotting and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). I specialize in anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout, and practice from a trauma lens.
My hope is to provide you with the space, support, and skills you need in order to meet your goals. In my work as a therapist, I am passionate about helping my clients develop lives that are balanced and meaningful.
