You may find your emotions to be overwhelming, or even consuming. It's as if they override your decisions. When things are bad, they feel really bad. Afraid of your own feelings, you find yourself going to great lengths to avoid them all together. Maybe, traditional talk therapy just has not worked for you. Perhaps you are looking for an approach to therapy that dives deeper. Tired of trying to force change? Healing is never brought about by force. Instead, through the understanding of neuroplasticity (the brain's ability to change), we will meet the natural conditions that foster organic growth and healing.
The aim of my treatment is to offer deep understanding while employing proven methods to facilitate and accelerate the healing process. We are not wired to cope with life alone. Even if we are not "alone," sometimes the ones within our support system cannot fully support or understand us.
