Many of my clients struggle with symptoms of depression and anxiety. Often, they have a core negative belief of not being "good enough" and a have a critical inner voice. Many have experienced trauma, relational brokenness and loss. Are hope, healing, and healthy relationships something you are longing for? I believe I can help. I offer a safe space to share your struggles and pain. I am a fellow human on my own journey and I offer the presence of someone who has experienced both difficulties in life and healing. My counseling approach is tailored to your needs and your unique experiences.

I offer in-person and virtual appointments and am EMDR-trained (which focuses on healing the impacts of trauma). I offer help in learning to be emotionally regulated and present, identifying and expressing feelings and being compassionate with yourself as you heal.

Reaching out for help is difficult; however, taking that first step to make a call or send an email can in itself can bring relief emotionally. I make it my priority to meet clients where they are emotionally, believing there is hope for healing and change in their everyday experiences and in their responses to the hard situations they find themselves in.
