You feel drained, anxious, uneasy, or not good enough. I specialize in working with busy teens and young women who feel exhausted from the demands of life, making them wonder what is wrong and why life doesn’t feel good. They might feel “stuck” in a relationship, want to communicate more effectively, have difficulty navigating conflict, constantly overthink situations, second guess their decisions, or want to fill an empty void in their life. They are ready to take better care of themselves in order to regain control of their lives and feel more confident managing life’s inevitable ups and downs.
Maybe you’ve tried previous therapists and they were “too old,” “didn’t understand you,” or “talked down to you.” I strive to meet my clients where they are at. As a younger provider with a smaller age gap, teens and young adults often feel comfortable being themselves in session.
I want my clients to feel heard and validated in a space where vulnerability is welcomed with open arms. Sessions may be challenging at times, especially when sitting in uncomfortable emotions, but rest assured, we will sit in the discomfort together. I believe you have the ability to get back to being “you”. Let me help you get there.
