I work collaboratively with my clients to cultivate and stengthen meaningful relationships, both with themselves and with others. A core element of our work will center around building self-compassion while strengthening self-esteem and resiliency. Together, we will cultivate awareness and tools to help you manage emotional discomfort, and invite your values to guide your healing journey. I use body-centered interventions to explore how trauma, stress, anxiety and more show up in our bodies, strengthening the mind-body connection. Our work together will integrate all of the different parts that make you uniquely you.
I am experienced in working with individuals, teens and couples. I specialize in working with trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal and postpartum mental health, life transitions and stressors, and intimate relationship challenges. My approach is attentive, inviting, compassionate and supportive while working from a strengths-based perspective.
