This group is facilitated by me (a fellow ND person). Emotional safety and respect are my priority as we build this therapeutic space together. This is a process-oriented group, which means there will not be teaching or therapist led interventions. Instead, it focuses on the experience together, sharing with one another, and making connections. The intention for this therapy group is to provide an environment for members to share about their neurodivergent experiences, relate to others, and have the opportunity to build community in an environment that is celebratory and embracing uniqueness rather than promoting masking or perpetuating harm.
