I feel honored, to be trusted as I am, in walking each individual through the depths of pain and towards renewed hope. Have you felt stuck or like you continue a pattern of self-destruction despite the consequences? Don't lose hope. I can help you identify the core messages that perpetuate this pain. I will meet you where you are at so you are certain to have the support necessary to see this through. No issue is too big to be broken down into a workable plan of action. Let's join together. No one should walk this alone.
I am specialized in working with sex addiction, substance abuse, mental health issues, PTSD, and trauma. I have worked in community mental health, outpatient settings, and residential treatment for trauma and addictions. I utilize a myriad of approaches to help guide each individual towards the most authentic and empowered version of self possible.
I am willing to travel to you if struggling with severe anxiety or other factors which limit your ability to function in the outside world. My office is quiet and space private in order to help secure your anonymity at all times.
