Connecting with others and with yourself can feel muddy and anxiety provoking, and I would be happy to help you in that journey! My experiences working with complex trauma, medical trauma, anxiety, and depression fuel my passion in working with people navigating their 20s and 30s. I use an interpersonal approach so that you can feel safe to show up exactly how you are, without any fear of judgement. I have extensive experience working with folks in their 20s and 30s in pursuit of provoking insight and understanding into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in your past and present.

Life happenings are far from predictable, so managing the various emotions that come up can be overwhelming. I enjoy working as a team in order to build on existing strengths, form new bonds, identify thought and behavior patterns, and to create deeper connections. As no two people are the same, I aim to make therapy personalized as well.
