NFB trains people to regulate their brain wave activity. It targets underlying brain dysregulation associated with MH symptoms so that you may experience better control of your behavior & a decrease of troublesome symptoms. Frequently reduced symptoms are: insomnia, lack of motivation/depression, excess worries/obsessions, hypervigilance, irritability.
Ketamine is currently the only legal medicine with psychedelic properties being used as a treatment for depression, PTSD, anxiety, grief, and end of life anxiety. Studies show that 50-70% of patients being prescribed ketamine for depression or anxiety experience a significant reduction in symptoms. KAP is a therapy tool that can accelerate personal growth.
